How is the fit?

Relaxed-regular, unisex. Sized as you would in most heritage brands. Between sizes: size down for fitted, up for relaxed. Detailed measurements on the size guide.

What sizes do you carry?

S, M, L, XL — in both Ivory and Onyx. Unisex sizing.

What's the fabric?

280gsm combed organic cotton, garment-washed. Heavier than typical longsleeves, which is what gives ours their structure and drape.

Where is it made?

In a family-run atelier in Istanbul. We chose them after visiting in person — for the craft, the working conditions, and the consistency.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold (30°C max), inside out. Tumble dry low or air-dry. Don't bleach. Following these keeps both the color and shape for years.

Will the black fade?

Less than you'd expect. We use reactive-dyed cotton, which bonds the color to the fiber chemically rather than coating the surface. Minimal fade over 50+ washes.

When will I receive my order?

Germany: 2–3 business days. EU: 4–7 business days. International: 7–14 business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship same day.

What does shipping cost?

Germany €4,95 (free over €100). EU €9,95 (free over €150). UK/CH/Norway €14,95 (free over €200). Rest of world €19,95 (free over €250).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — worldwide. For non-EU orders, import duties may apply at delivery and are the buyer's responsibility.

Can I return it?

Yes — within 30 days, unworn and with tags. Returns from Germany and EU are free. Outside the EU, you cover return shipping. Email ravo.clothing@ravo.clothing to start a return.

What if it doesn't fit?

Email us at ravo.clothing@ravo.clothing with your order number and the size you want instead. If it's in stock, we'll send the new size out before your return arrives back.

Will you restock?

Yes — but we make in small batches, not infinite production runs. If your size is sold out, sign up for the restock notification on the product page.
